Prospect Housing are looking for a suitable candidate who is self-motivated, flexible, and excellent at time management, with experience in general clerical, administrative, and financial work.
This role requires the candidate to maintain and update all administrative and information systems and processes as needed. The ability to relate well to both children and adults is also critical for this role.
Main purpose of the job:
- To provide a comprehensive administrative and financial support to the school.
- To provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
- To provide administrative support to leaders and teachers in arranging, recording and taking of minutes of Education and Health Care Plan meetings.

You will:
- Ensure administrative needs relating to the whole school administration, reception and pupil services are met.
